Our Family Room's Coastal Cottage Vibe

Over the years, I've found myself drawn to cottage style decor.....

Trending are the soft Coastal colors....pale blue,  sandy neutrals....and two of my long-time favorites... white & pink!

That all sounds like a match made in heaven to me.... Coastal Cottage!

I don't want any big changes to my currant decorating style
which is a romantic shabby chic look.....

BUT...can several different styles play nice together????

I don't know if they can.....but I'm going to try it!

Can my shabby chic piano make room
for a couple of Coastal crabs?

 I think so!

I was never too fond of the heavy Nautical anchors & dark navy blue colors.... 

I have to say, though.....
I am loving the Coastal colors, Sailboats & Hydrangeas that are trending now!
