I Love Paris in the Springtime Tablescape

I used the theme "I Love Paris in the Springtime" for the dining room.

For the centerpiece on the table, I used an umbrella as a "bird nest"....
The umbrella is stood up in a French metal bowl...

I filled the umbrella with a nest...some birds...
Lots of feathers...
and a spray of roses.

I used some gold rimmed dishes for the place setting and topped them off with a paper plate for the salad.
I love these vintage thumb print tea glasses....

I have some cute little French pig salt and pepper shakers on the table...

and a bottle of my favorite chocolate wine...

  11. Hi, Penny! I think you, Jacqueline from Purple Chocolat Home, and I were all of the same mind this week!!!! We've got Paris on the brain!!!!

Your centerpiece parasol is a really cute idea, and I really like the pretty pail it's standing in! I LOVE the little Paris salad plates. NEVER would have guessed them to be paper! They really make some cute paper goods these days, don't they?

Visiting from Susan's TT. Have a great weekend!
