The recipe that he uses is sooo moist and the icing is very lemony. I don't ice them until they come out of the freezer...I love icing and I LOVE it fresh! |
Doesn't that look good with a cup of coffee? |
The roses are fresh picked from our garden, and the bushes are still loaded with more blooms. |

ReplyDeleteGood Morning Penny, thank you for the recipe for Lemon Zucchini Bread, I have just grated some zuchhini and placed them in the freezer and I was wondering what to make with them and here is the answer.... your lovely lemony bread.
ReplyDeleteThe roses in the coffee pot look so beautiful and how wonderful to still have roses growing in your garden.
There is always something beautiful to admire when I pop by to visit you.
Best Wishes

Hi Penny... I make alot of zucchini bread too as everyone in my family loves it as well... will have to try your lemon icing on mine next time... and like you, we freeze alot for later!... your coffee and bread look so yummy, wish I could just snatch some out of my computer for right now!... my roses are still lingering some, but our temps have turned very cold during the night, then warm up a bit in the day... it's a beautiful October here though... love your Autumn plates and napkins!... xoxo Julie Marie
