| I am really loving the farmhouse style and thought it would be fun to decorate the kitchen with a farmhouse look. When I think of farmhouse style...... cows, sheep, chickens, pigs, all come to mind. |

| Doesn't that nest and bird on his horns make you smile! I need lots of stuff to cook with in my farmhouse kitchen so, I filled the set of mixing bowls that H and I got as a wedding gift with eggs.... |

| Many of you ask if we really cook in this kitchen and the answer is YES! In fact, H does a lot of the cooking now that he is retired. Hi Penny! Oh, the longhorn painting is so sweet with the bird nest on it's horn. Now just forget about the farmhouse theme and give me those beautiful Butterprint Pyrex bowls! Oh, they are so pretty and it's my favorite pattern. I'm teasing of course and do have some Butterprint and use it in my sewing room. Love your pretty style.

ReplyDeleteLove that picture Penny! Your mixing bowl set is very collectible. It's Pyrex and the Butterprint pattern is aqua is highly sought after. I have found three of the four. Hope to complete my set some day. You probably already know this, but you don't want to put them in the dishwasher. It damages their finish. Love farmhouse style as well and the butter churns are fabulous! Thanks for sharing with SYC.
