For my tablescape this week, . |
I am mixing milk glass and metal for a pretty farmhouse style tablescape. |
Before I show you around the table, I wanted to point out that the 4 white owls on the table and the 2 matching white owls on the pass thru were found at a yard sale over the week end.....$2.50 each. |
My craft this week was to add a button garland to the bottom pumpkin in the center piece..... |
I also made a button necklace for my Halloween dressform. |
Now for the centerpiece....... I made a tower that has a stack of cloth pumpkins..... |
The flat ware is very simple...... |
The place cards are black boards with metal frames. |
The pass thru is decorated for fall with.... |
More milk glass and white owls...... |
I have some of my collection of milk glass pitchers in the vignette......and a couple of pink milk glass pieces. |
The floral design is cream roses and cream ferns potted in vintage sewing machine drawers. |
I carried the milk glass and metal theme on over to the display cabinet. |
I have cream roses and ferns potted in a metal farmers market basket. ....more white owls..... |
Milk glass tumblers..... |
a ceramic pie on a small pink depression glass cake stand...... |
I have the little table in front of the display cabinet set up for H and I to have tea and toast in the morning for breakfast |
So, here is the family dining room all decked out for fall with milk glass and metal...... |
The Jackolopes are hoping that I will use them in a fall tablescape or maybe at Christmas.....we'll see where they show up! |
I love all of Your cream items
