Fall Entry

I decorated the entry for spring,   and then I just skipped right over summer!    I love to work in the yard when spring arrives,   so it's not uncommon for me to skip over a season....or!

I didn't go full throttle into fall decor for now.....but I will add some pumpkins and a few other things later.

I like a big full wreath so sometimes I "marry" a couple or three skimpy pre made wreaths together to create one full one.   This wreath has a pretty rose wreath married to a cotton boll wreath to make what I see as a late summer /  early fall wreath.

Under the wreath,   I have my Christmas chicken wire truck that I've had for a couple of years.

If you look close,   you can see parts of the metal sign that is attached to the truck that says "NOEL"   I make signs to cover up the Noel so I can use my truck year round.

I wanted to dress the wheels of my truck up a little,    so I hot glued white sunflowers to them for a fallish look.

I filled the truck bed with cotton bolls......and placed a sweet pink pig on the top.     Wheeeeee.....he's going for a ride!

I filled the shelves on each side of the mirror with Farmhouse style decor......

And here's the shelves on the other side of the mirror.

I don't just hang Give Thanks signs around can usually find a couple of them somewhere around the house year round.

I had my big mailbox filled with a Spring floral design earlier,   so for a different look I closed the lid and created a vignette on it

I took down the spring decor on the other side of the entry about a week ago,     If you missed that post,   here's a link to it.....

The entry will be finished as soon as I add a little fall decor to the wall on the left side of the entry.

I always enjoy your visits so much,   please come back soon!

I have chosen this as one of my features for this week's Snickerdoodle Create Bake Make Link Party, which goes lives Saturday at 5pm EST.
