Estate Sale Treasures

We are having beautiful weather in New Mexico this week end and H and I took full advantage of it yesterday!!  There were lots of yard sales and a couple of auctions.  The first auction was Friday night .   It was the estate of my sister in love's aunt and uncle.  They are up in their 80's and are moving to Arkansas to be closer to their daughter.
I bought this beautiful queen size dust ruffle for the bed in one of the spare bedrooms....

It is excellent condition...

The bed skirt was "bundled" with some other items.  This beautiful crocheted doily.....
a lovely yellow doily..
Also in the box  were four silk scarves from Germany...I think her uncle was stationed there in the 40's.     The whole box of linens was  $15.

The next box that I bought was full of tablecloths,  (also $15 for the box)   I really only wanted the lace one, but , you have to buy everything in the box!
The picture frame and heart plate  were not purchased at the auction...I got them at a yard sale Saturday for .25 each.  Sometimes the back of something is as pretty as the front!
Everything her Aunt had was in excellent condition ....not a stain one!!!

Here is the stack of tablecloths that were in the same box........2 white linens,  2 ecru,  a yellow, a green, and a plaid one..

H and I are going to work in the yard today ......the weather is just gorgeous!
