She is hand made and was only $2. Hmmmm, could she be the centerpiece for one of my theme Christmas tree's?? |
This cute pillow had never been used and still had the tag on it...got it for $1. I hardly ever pass up a chance to buy Fiesta ware...the pitcher was marked $5 but she let me have it for $3. |
I went to my friends yard sale (she has cleaned my teeth for years) and she let me have this milk bottle carrier and the bottles for $10.... I was so happy to get the "friend" price! |
Chenille bear .25, napkins for my tablescapes $1, and tiered dish for $2. |
I have always wanted one of these big globes! I've seen them at the auction before, but they went for more than I wanted to pay. Not TODAY....was happy to pay $20. |
It doesn't snow much in New Mexico, but this vintage sleigh will be cute to decorate with at Christmas. |

Well that's it Penny... I guess I need to drive down to Clovis and hit the estate sales with you!... you find the best treasures... how COULD that girl part with her grandmothers china????? I never can understand that, but happy you got it... xoxo Julie Marie
ReplyDeleteGreat finds! Love the milk bottles and the container. Stopping by from BNOTP.
ReplyDeletePenny I always love to see your finds! Your horse is precious and the dishes are lovely with the roses. Your friend price on the bottle carrier and bottles is just great! I was out this weekend to two estate sales and found a set of Lenox china and a set of crystal. The hunt is so much fun. Thanks with sharing! Pam
ReplyDeleteWow, such great prices!! I love that green and pink tiered stand!!
ReplyDeleteHi Penny,
ReplyDeleteYour finds are great. I especially like the dishes. That tiered plate matches some of the dishes I plan to post for my "Tea in the Garden" on Tuesday. You are soooo lucky! Thanks for sharing. Have a wonderful week! Take care,
Karen
Ma quante cose hai trovato!Mi piace il contenitore con le bottiglie del latte!Baci,Rosetta
ReplyDeleteHi Penny,
ReplyDeleteOh my, did you ever find some wonderful things! I love the tiered tray and the china. I don't understand how anyone could let go of their grandmother's china. But I'm glad you will enjoy it. The milk bottles too are nice but my favourite of all is the carousel horse! It's adorable! Thanks for sharing and coming to tea. Enjoy your summer!
Blessings,
Sandi
So nice! The Fiesta Ware pitcher and the big milk bottle are my favorites! :-)
ReplyDeleteOh, my goodness, what great treasures you found! Guess what? We used to live in Roswell from 1977 - 1987. I've been to Clovis. Didn't realize that was where you lived until I read one of your comments. I loved New Mexico - such a versatile and beautiful state!
ReplyDeleteBe a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

ReplyDeleteI love it when we get the jack-pot at a sale. The best feeling ever! You always seem to get so many beautiful treasures. You have to tell us where you store them all some day. Hugs, Martha
ReplyDeleteYou have done well at yard sales, I would have picked up many of the same things like the china and pillow.
ReplyDeleteWhat wonderful things you found! It is all great, but I love the milk carrier and bottles, as it brings back memories from my childhood, when the milk used to be delivered to my childhood home. The baskets are a really good find, too. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteThat is QUITE a horse! Someone put a lot of work into it. Kind of sad about the girl giving up her gramma's china. I wonder if she will regret that someday....Blessings- xo Diana
