I have a little tip for flower arranging that I want to share with you today. I bought these beautiful roses at the grocery store this morning....Albertson's $6.99 a dozen. |
It makes me happy to walk into the kitchen and have a fresh bouquet to look at while I do my cooking. |
You won't need a bunch of supplies....vase, tape, scissors, and bundle of flowers. (I love the new thornless roses that are available now) |
You can easily move single flowers around to "balance" your bouquet if you need to. |
I will leave the roses in this vase for a few days....then I will make a fresh cut and put them in a shorter vase. This new cut will allow them to last a few extra days. |
When I put them in a shorter vase, I usually move them to the coffee table in the family room. |
