Now that the Christmas decor is put away, I couldn't decide whether to put a winter vignette on the coffee table or go right on into Valentine decor. |
I love to use pastel colors for my Valentine decor, but I also have been known to use red! |
I did add a touch of winter with these frosted white roses. They are so beautiful with the thick glittery coating of "frost" on them! |

Hi Penney...I wanted to comment on your beautiful pink decor, when I see this, it just tugs at my heart strings! I truely would love to have this in my home, but I have to much red going on. I can't just get rid of things and start over! But at least I can admire yours! I'm a new blogger and have still so much to learn! Hopefully I can get good at it soon! Have a blessed day!
ReplyDeleteLove your Valentine decor! I'm putting out my Valentine's decorations this weekend.
ReplyDeleteYou might be a tad early but it is very pretty, Penny. Hope you enjoy every pink moment of the winter! xo Diana
ReplyDeleteOh wow, I see some Valentine's decor already and DIY's!!! I just put away my C'mas dec or, so I'm enjoying my normal house. I love your Valentine's vignette and the adorable pillow Penny. Thanks for your sweet visit.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
FABBY
It is so lovely and romantic! I will not do Valentine decor but enjoy yours. Being alone and single now, Valentines day does not seem important any more to me. But I enjoy seeing love in others lives.
ReplyDeletePenny,
ReplyDeleteSo cute!! It will be awhile before I get my V Day decor out because I am still taking down Christmas and don't expect to get it finished until next weekend. If only I didn't have to work , I would have it all down by now...
Hugs,
Deb
What a beautiful vignette. I love coming to your house to see what your ever changing décor. Where does one get "frosted" roses? I don't decorate for Valentine's Day myself, but I do enjoy seeing others' decorations.
ReplyDeleteWhata lovely arrangement. I don't usually do any decorating for Valentine's, but you have inspired me to seek out some valentiney things for our formal lounge's mantlepiece that's still bare after the Christmas decorations were put away. Thanks for sharing♡
ReplyDeleteHow lovely - I always find the house looks bare and empty when the Christmas decorations have gone away, but this is a fab idea - I shall be looking out some valentine stuff to pretty the place up - thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful and so romantic, love your room :)
ReplyDeleteI love the bird pillow on the couch. I see you have moved the couch. I love it when people change up their rooms!
ReplyDeleteIt's the middle of January and I think it's a great time to decorate for Valentine's Day. Love the doggies! Thanks for sharing at my HOME, Penny.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Sandi
I am late commenting on this post..but your coffee table is exactly what I needed to see. For some reason I have trouble decorating coffee tables. I can't figure out why. I don't think you are one bit early in decorating for Valentines. The time is whizzing by and I think that it's perfect timing. By the time you are all decorated...Valentines Day will be here...and then gone! Can't wait to see it all! (terrible of me to be late and you may never read this..but...I loved this post..coffee tables are my main interest. AND my weak point in decorating.
ReplyDeleteI'm still putting away Christmas, and I'm thinking about white... Lovely post!
ReplyDeleteHi Penny, Love your coffee table vignette, those doggies are pretty and sweet. I haven't started Valentines decorating yet. I'd better get on it! Thanks so much for sharing both your posts at my History & Home Link Party. The next party starts Tuesday morning. Take care - Dawn @ We Call It Junkin.com
ReplyDeleteYour Valentines vignette is charming! The frosted roses are amazing! Beautifully done. I do appreciate you sharing with A Return to Loveliness,
