Aren't these petunias gorgeous....and they make the green house smell wonderful! |
I bought these cute gnomes at HL .....reminded me of how happy H and I are! |
I want to hang something on the knobs, but haven't found anything yet. |
My next project is finishing the baby changing table that is sitting on the left of the dresser. |

This planter is so clever and really pretty. Growing up my grandmother had a lovely sun porch and this reminds me of something she had out on her porch. :)
ReplyDeleteYour potting shed is the bomb. com. I love it! I love pink, so your potting bench and repurposed dresser are perfect to me. I saw your potting bench last week. You are such a lucky duck. I've always wanted a greenhouse or potting shed!
ReplyDeleteQuestion: Did you line the drawers with anything before adding the pots/plants?
Linking from Mod Mix Monday,
Ricki Jill
Penny,
ReplyDeleteI love this. Your greenhouse is wonderful and I adore this plant dresser. Such a charming idea. Thanks for sharing.
I just can't get enough of this sweet shed! I love the smell of petunias and I can imagine it's smelling really good in there. How about hanging some vintage crystals from your knobs? Just a thought. It would add just a subtle bit of bling to your little piece of heaven. I hope you do many many more posts on the shed! Here's hoping!
ReplyDeleteBlessings, Edie marie
Super cute idea! I'm a flower nut so anything with flowers makes me happy! I like the way you brought the drawer up on top to use it for the potted plants and extended the other two drawers to hold more- very cute!
ReplyDeletePenny, your shed is beyond beautiful!
ReplyDeleteYour " after" is amazing, wonderful, so beautiful!!!!

SO cute!!! love the drawers open holding plants, you and your hubby are perfectly reflected in those adorable gnomes!
ReplyDeleteToooooo cute!
ReplyDeleteLove it. I have a similar potting table in my shabby chic shed. I used a great big pink enamel ware tub as a potting 'sink". It's my sweet little house in my back yard. My hubby built it for me.
Your's is lovely!
So glad you shared it with us.
Elizabeth
I love what you did with that chest of drawers! And that shed of yours is just gorgeous.....I'm pinning!! Thanks for the inspirations.
ReplyDeletePenny,
ReplyDeleteLove this idea as I have seen it done so many times in various Garden magazines over the years and I always wished I had the room to try doing it myself but still no room. Love your greenhouse......
Hugs,
Deb
Penny, I really don't think there is one thing you do that I just don't love! Love it! Tammy
ReplyDeleteI love the gnomes. Those are the first ones I have seen that I really like a lot. They don't have the harsh colors that most of them have. Really sweet. The changes you make in things ..just adorable.
ReplyDeleteYou inspired me so headed out to the patio today and painted the old birdcage new leaf green and hung it behind the swing. Now to put something inside it. I get lots of inspiration from you. Thanks! :)
Mona
LOVE! <3

ReplyDeleteThat is so pretty, Penny! It could be in a magazine! It reminds me of a fireplace I saw fixed up with pretty flowers at the Biltmore Estate greenhouse/conservatory a few years ago. -Dawn @ We Call It Junkin.com

Penny, what a wonderful splash of color! My daughter is moving into a new home and she has a small green dresser that she no longer wants. I told her that I wanted it to put under the pergola and fill with plants. Yours is so pretty. Makes me anxious to see how mine will turn out. Thanks for sharing with SYC.

In your last pic to the right there seems to be a shed made out of windows,
is there a full picture, do you have information about it that you could share?
As Toledo, OH has been 1. in the worst winter category, and the temps aren't expected
to get above 40 this week, as of today, I am looking for some spring Inspriation,
