The weather here in Eastern New Mexico is just gorgeous today.....high 60's.....light breeze....plenty of sun...couldn't ask for a prettier day. |
H has been cleaning the front porch and I have been adding touches of spring decor..... |
I used the same spring wreath on the front door that I made last year....still love it. |
I have Spring bunnies..... |
and birds on the shelves. |
I hung 3 geranium baskets on the porch this morning |
H wheeled the vintage wheel chairs out of the garage . The one on the right needs a new seat and back, but H will take care of that |
Penny I just LOVE your blog. You are so good about posting new and fresh things several times a week. I always start my day or evening checking your blog. Your home is beautiful and I appreciate you sharing it with us.

I am crazy for the hanging light with the roses on it and the ironwork at the window!
ReplyDeleteI am so looking forward to greeting spring!
Oh, how I wish I were sitting on your lovely porch right now. Here in CT, I still have a couple of feet of snow on my lawn and deck. I know spring is on its way, but it is difficult to get in the mood when surrounded by all of this white stuff. Love the window frame and garland - great idea.
ReplyDeleteI would like to be your neighbour! Your porch looks fabulous in every single detail.

Wonderful darling! It is has been warmer here too, but cooler by the middle of the week. I too am adding some spring to the porch this week.... need to get sewing more pillows! xxx...
ReplyDeleteYour place is looking like Spring there, Penny. You are so lucky to be that close to it. We are about 2 months away from full Spring weather. They say we have snow coming on Friday most likely- xo Diana
ReplyDeletePenny, you never cease to amaze me with your gorgeous decorating! You're such an inspiration!
ReplyDeleteHi Penny, S'me again! It was in the 90's again today..but beautiful. Still hoping for some Spring rain..or should I say April showers. Don't folks slow down and stare are your home? I honestly think I would, even if I risked having you see me. It's just amazing. I head for here every morning to see what new loveliness you have to share with us. I love your wreath and wish, wish, wish it was mine! I cannot seem to find mine. Sort of wondering if I need..a new one? :)
ReplyDeleteYour bunnies are some of the cutest ever!! I love mine and keep them out all year long. I can't wait to see what H does with the wheel chairs.
Penny,
ReplyDeleteIt definitely looks like Spring at your house!! Love how your front porch looks...so inviting!!
We had a heat wave last week with temps. close to 50 and most of the snow is melting but there are still banks of it in places.
However, it is supposed to be coler this week and they are calling for snow on Friday!! I still have to take down my outside WInter decorations!! YIKES!!
Hugs,
Deb
