Out of season decor is always a bargain, So I picked up some Easter decor..... |
Sweet bunny vase.... |
and a pretty bunny tea pot. |
This book was in near new condition..... |
A much better buy for a dollar |
The graphics are gorgeous..... |
The book could be displayed on a coffee table or any of the colorful pages could be framed. |
This vintage Dictionary is about 6" thick..... |
It is in very good condition..... |
Penny - You found some great things. I always love linens of any kind. Those pillowcases are gorgeous.

you find the most interesting treasures, Love the linens and that bunny vase is just the sweetest. I found one of those kind of atlas's at a used book sale and picked it up, but haven't used it yet for any projects like I intended it for.
ReplyDeleteAll sorts of treasures. I am looking forward to retirement when I can do yard sales. You seem to always do so well!
ReplyDeleteI love that Webster's Dictionary...there's nothing like old text! I am always looking for vintage Encyclopedia Britannica, especially now that they are no longer in print!
ReplyDeletePenny do you use that sheet on your tables?
ReplyDeletePenny, I have a dictionary like yours and it belonged to my parents. It sat on the lower shelf of a globe stand. I wish I had the globe!! I love to look through it and see the little illustrations. And if you look for some of our modern words, like internet and google and blogger and computer, you won't find them, or they will have an entirely different meaning! I am so happy I still have it! Linda
ReplyDeleteGreat finds Penny. The pillowcases are beautiful and I love the dictionary! Thanks for sharing with SYC.
