I have had so much fun trying to find new ways to cook the zucchini that we are harvesting out of our backyard garden. I found a recipe for Blueberry Zucchini Bread today and decided to try it.

I love to eat outside , but it's pretty warm today..... so we are having a bite at the bar in the kitchen. |
|
I will serve the Blueberry Zucchini bread for our dessert ..... |

If you would like the recipe, click on the link below. I like my bread iced, so I made a small batch of lemon butter cream icing. Sorry, I don't have a link for that recipe...it's all in my head....lol! This recipe makes two loaves......I left the other loaf plain because it is going in the freezer. |

I thought these tiny ironstone platters would be fun to serve the bread on..... |

What are we having for lunch today..... |
