How to Display a Collection of Birdcages

I have been collecting birdcages for a long time and was trying to think of a new way to display them.   I have put them on posts....hung them in tree' name it ,  I've probably done  it.     I decided this time I would make an Aviary/Bird Condo/ Birdcage assemblage/ thingy!

This is what I came up with.....

I gathered different things to work with....some I used...some I didn't.   I stacked the two largest cages on a wicker coffee table......

I added a small empty picture frame and bow to the top bird cage.   All the pieces I used were attached with strips of cotton sheets.

An arched wooden doorway and small window are attached to the front of the large bottom cage....

I turned a wooden cup and saucer display wall piece upside down and used it as a bird perch.....

I stacked two large round cages in the center of my condo

I attached a wine holder to the side and made a bird nest in it.....

Here is how the other side looks.....

The back.....

and the bottom.

I put my new bird 'thingy" in the sun room.
I cleared off the buffet in the sun room and my next project will be to put a new vignette there.   I went to HL for the 80% off sale this morning and found some cute things to use in my vignette.   Be back soon to share how it turns out!
