Halloween Around the Neighborhood

If you haven't decorated your yard for Halloween yet,  there is still time!    We drove around the neighborhood and found plenty of inspiration.     Blow up pumpkins make a quick Halloween statement for your yard......

Some of them make a REALLLLY BIG  statement......

Here's a smaller pumpkin carriage....more my size

How about some pumpkin head scare crows to greet your Trick or Treaters....

Skeleton animals seem popular this year.....

I think I may make some of these for our yard next year.....

Maybe I should  make mine from Battenburg tablecloths.......I want my ghosts to be shabby chic!

the headless!

Have a safe and Happy Halloween!

  1. Bonsoir chère amie,

Tout est vraiment prêt pour la fête ! C'est incroyablement fantastique ! Bravo !

    Gros bisous ☾

  2. Lots of fun here Penny, you have some crazy neighbors. Smiles and Happy Halloween, lol, Sandi

  3. Wow these are all great! Love the huge black cat that's pretty cool, and the stage coach pumpkin.

  4. Those are all great, Penny. You have lots going on in your neighborhood! I think you SHOULD make your ghosts of out Battenburg tablecloths. They would be perfectly shabby chic! xo Diana

  5. Not much for blow all. I prefer just the natural looks. Real pumpkins..carved.. I'm an old fuddy duddy I guess.
The blow ups are ...not attractive to me. The skeletons are always fun..
    Witches...LOVE THOSE!

  6. Your neighbors really love Halloween! Some very cool decor - I love the skeleton pall bearers. The kids must have a blast trick or treating!

  7. Wow I can't get over how much people go all out for the halloween decorations, love the pumpkin head scarecrows!

  8. how fun! I love all the inflatables and creepy statues!

  9. Thnak you for the marvelous tour!

  10. Penny,
Can you tell I am playing catch up again? I just did my every 2 weeks 3 night stretch a work and now I am off for 2 days. It seems like I can't get in gear when I have to do the 3 night stretch....... Anyway, Loved the Tour of some of the Halloween decorations around your area!! Really great ideas!!

  11. I always love driving around and enjoying how others decorate for Halloween. You've shared some really fun ones. I'm not a big fan of the blow ups, but they certainly make a statement. I've noticed lots of skelly animals here as well. Thanks for sharing with SYC.

  12. Oh my goodness! What fun decor! ((And, your shabby chic ghosts will be adorable next year!)).... I love Halloween and fall (Thanksgiving, too!), but I'm already itching to put my Christmas tree up! I've got to hold off, though, I guess.... Thanks so much for sharing it at TIps & Tricks last week. I always look forward to reading your posts.... :) Hope you'll join us again tomorrow...
