Tea Cup Shelf

I have collected tea cups for years and am always looking for a new ways to display them.

I had the white  shelf on the left wall in the kitchen and the shelf on the right was hanging on a wall in the garage....with it's  original  pine finish  (thank you H for giving it a fresh coat of matching white paint!).

My mother and I each bought one alike in the 80's,  so I came up with two when she passed away.

I took down the 3 identical mirrors that were on the wall in the formal living room and replaced two of them with my tea cup shelves.
The 3 mirrors were hung in the master bath in the house that we lived in before we moved here.   I plan on hanging them over the vanity in the master bath here.....can't wait to show you how they will add some sparkle to my bath!

H altered the original shelves for me by adding cup hooks.....

On the left is a photo showing how my shelf looked in the kitchen.......

on the right is how BOTH shelves look in the living room

I replaced the shelf in the kitchen with a lit cabinet that was in the hallway.

I have just enough time to have a cup of tea  before I have to get ready for Kyleigh's 9th birthday party this afternoon
