Easter Tablescape

Easter is just a few days away and I wanted to share my last "practice" tablescape.     I like to create several tablescapes over the weeks before Easter and then decide which one I really loved and use it for Easter Sunday.

This tablescape is a little different than the other practice ones  since I decorated the chandy above the table.

I found this sweet bunny and pom pom banner at At Home yesterday on sale for $1.50 each and I draped 2 of them  around the chandelier.

The bunnies are a real pale pink that almost looks white in the photo.

My centerpiece is a simple pot of flowers that I found at the local nursery.

I placed it on a dish so it wouldn't get my crocheted tablecloth dirty and then covered the dish with green Easter grass.

On each side of the potted plant,    I have ceramic Easter bonnet filled with a small fern.

Here's the Easter bonnet planter on the other side of the potted plant.     A pink bird and a carton of eggs on each side of the potted plant completes my centerpiece.

The place settings are all alike.

I covered pink eggs with bunny ears that I made from paper napkins.......

I sat each egg on a paper napkin......

The watercolor outdoor plates are from Home Goods

The pink lacey chargers are from Michael's......they are on sale now for $2.50 each if you need any!

The place mats are a garage sale purchase....years ago......

The cloth napkins match the place mats and hold the silver flatware.

So.....there's the place settings!     I just realized that I don't have the water glasses on the table yet!    Since I don't want to take anymore pictures,    you'll have to trust me that I will add pink goblets later!

Under the window,   I have decorated the DF three tiered table with some metal Easter baskets.

The chairs each have a pink and white buffalo check pillow with a yellow chick on it.

On the pass thru between the kitchen and family dining area,     I have a tray with dessert plates and extra napkins in it.

If you look closely thru the flowers,   you can see the stove where H is cooking a big pot of  Red Lobster Copy Cat Potato soup......it's soooo yummy!     I didn't even know they ever had that kind of soup there until I saw the recipe on Pinterest a few weeks ago.

The dessert plates are plastic.......aren't they pretty!

I have some little glittery chicks scattered around in the napkins.......

Don't the chicks have sweet faces!

The display cabinet across the room from the dining room table is pretty much the same as it was the last time I shared it.

I did add a few new  touches of Easter to the ledge......

I changed the print on the white enamel stand ..........

I clipped some new Easter cards here........

New cards here too......

I have a big box of these inspirational cards,   so I am able to change them out often.....

Thank you for stopping by........I hope your found some inspiration for your Easter tablesscape while you were visiting!
