Week End Treasure Hunt

Not too many yard sales this past week end,    but I found quite a few things at what few there were.

I'm always on the look out for small things to put in my tiered stands and this sweet ceramic wicker chair will be perfect.    The seat comes off to reveal a little compartment to fill with jewelry or anything that will fit.

The linen towel and ram came from the same sale and were 50 cents each.

Love what's written on my linen towel.

This queen sheet set had the shams but no pillow cases.     That's ok with me because I just bought them to use in my fabric crafts.......that's a lot of material for $2.

I bought these point shoes to add to my collection.

I seldom see small ones in such good shape so I was happy to see these.

Sweet oval box for 25 cents......

I love to use chenille in my crafts and also when I make covers for my furniture.     This King size duvet cover for $8 will go a long way in a fabric project.

We love to churn up a batch of homemade ice cream when we have company.

We don't make homemade ice cream very often ,    so I use my freezer as a vase for a pretty floral design when it's not in use.     I have faux flowers in it today,   but the metal cylinder makes a perfect vase to hold water when you want to use fresh flowers.

When I have my freezer full of flowers,

The top part of the freezer can be used in vignettes!

Thank you so much for stopping by.......come back soon!
