I won't sugar coat it though.....it was a lot of work, purging, and organizing to get everything that was in the totes to fit on 12 shelves. |
I made little vignettes on my shelves to give me some inspriation when it came time to decorate the house |
I tried putting all the bunnies on one shelve.....all the Easter eggs on another....etc. I found I liked it better in vignettes instead |
The last 2 photo's in my post are of how I used some of the decor in the studio to dress up our home for Easter last year. |
Thank you so much for stopping by today and I hope you enjoyed seeing how I store my Easter & Spring decor |
Wow ! Amazing. Looks so pretty. You have so many beautiful things to use in your house. Just wow.
ReplyDeleteI am one of your readers that often wondered how you stored all the seasonal decor you have. I love how you "decorated" each shelf instead of just tossing everything in. Thanks for sharing that.
ReplyDeleteOh Penny, you have so many lovely pieces for spring. I am one of those people who loves bunnies any time of year. I cannot imagine having as many items you do for spring. It is slim pickings when it comes to storage around here, but I would love to have your built in's! Thank you for sharing with Whimsy Home Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful studio! You have a amazing spring décor collection
ReplyDeletePenny, you have an amazing amount of bunnies and Easter decor!! I love seeing it all out and inside those great cabinets!! I was happy to share your post at Share Your Style #381 for you this week. Love how you organized everything!!!
ReplyDeleteWe (really, just me) just finished getting all our Christmas decor into bigger tubs which Hubby can store up against the ceiling hanging from long 2x4's. 12 boxes in all. I taped what all is in each box on large cards on the fronts & backs of each box so they can be seen from the ground. Hubby was tired of going up into the attic here at our Texas home! ;) Turned out great and now it's onto other organizing.
Enjoy your beautiful spring decor,
Big hugs,
Barb :)
