Valentine Flower Shop

I created a Valentine Flower Shop vignette on the non-working vintage
piano in the family room.....

My Valentine decor starts with the addition of pink bows tied to the candelabra that hangs above the  piano...

The exposed piano "works" provide a unique backdrop for a simple vignette.....

The Forever Flowers Shop framed print is the star of my vignette....

and a Tulip bouquet on each side of the print completes my simple vignette...

(I used 3d pop-up paper flower bouquets and am very pleased with a new look
rather than just faux tulips in a vase!)

I chose Golden Retriever pillows for the love seat in front of the piano....
They don't just scream Valentine's Day, but who can resist a Mama & her 2 puppies

Our Valentine Day family room is coming together nicely!

I shared the fireplace in an earlier post....
here's a link to that post in case you missed it....

And I have an upcoming post sharing more of my
Valentine Family Room!

  1. Penny, where did you find this chandelier? It is fabulous!!! I love how you've fashioned it with pink bows and the sweet paper tulips in front of the open piano. I wonder what happened to the piano front... We had a shorter more modern piano (from the 1970's, my guess) once we stopped moving around with the Air Force. My father would play once in a while but by then arthritis made it difficult for him to play, sadly. He could play anything and read sheet music so easily! He learned to play back in the 1930's ~ an exceptional gift!!! He sang, too, and performed as a lead in a lot of operas and musicals as I was growing up. I do hope your piano gives you as much joy!!! So happy to share your post at Share Your Style #483 for you this week. <3

    Happy decorating for Valentine's Day!!!
