I finally had a chance to use them in a tablescape and wanted you to see the other gorgeous pieces that were in the box. |
The gold on them is 22ct..... |
The dishes are made by Paden City Pottery and the pattern name is American Rose. |
Here is the teapot, creamer, and sugar bowl that you saw in a previous post..... |
I Googled this pattern at Replacements. com and was shocked to see how much each piece sold for! I paid $55 for the box! |
My sweet deer are ready for dinner.... |
I found this cute hat for Hartley at a yard sale last week for .50.....I think he looks very dapper! |
I added a touch of whimsy by hanging a tea cup from the antlers..... |

Just so beautiful. I love roses so these dishes to me are fantastic. SO pretty. It must be like living in a Fairy castle at your home. Everything is just so lacy and pretty. I was wondering earlier if you were going to paint the other side of the lovely piece you mention. How I would love to find just one like that. I am looking to divid the dining area from the living area in the family room..but it will probably be a beam.
ReplyDeleteThe sort of things you find just are not found out here.
Lovely china, Penny! And you have displayed it so beautifully. The teacup on the antler is a playful bit. :)

Your china is so pretty, Penny! You did indeed get a good bargain on them; good for you! Love the deer heads!
ReplyDeleteI am so happy to be able to leave comments on your blog again. It has been months since I was able to. My sons fixed all the quirks in my computer when they were home and now it works like a charm. Yay!!
Thank you for sharing and joining me for tea. Wishing you a beautiful day, my friend.
Blessings,
Sandi
