Prairie Chic is a very popular way to decorate here in New Mexico and it's also how we like to dress "in these parts" |
This pretty pink cowgirl hat will get plenty of bling added to it before it can be worn. I bought a gorgeous pink satin top and skirt.....here is the back of the top...it laces up...love it! |
Here is the front of the top.....the skirt is plain and long. |
This new, never used wedding album was only $1..... |
This big bracelet was $2..... |
Penny,
ReplyDeleteSo interesting because as you know where I live in Pa., this is so NOT the style around here..... LOL!!
My area still likes more of a Rustic Country look with a bit of Country Victorian.
I love the top and skirt! Pretty!!
Hugs,
Deb
Me again! I forgot to mention the boots!! LOVE them and I do a lot with padded hangers myself!!

Gotta say, I have never seen shoes like those! Love the items and wondering if you will pose in the clothes.
ReplyDeleteLove the top and the boots! What fun!
ReplyDeleteI'm a born and bred TEXAN...West Texas, to be exact. We wear boots here, with short and long skirts/dresses..never with flowers on them...and never pink hats.lol....oh, bet if I got out and really looked, I might find a pink hat here in our town. One of the grands had pink TOPS on a pair of her boots.
ReplyDeleteThese surely go with your love of pink.....very pretty displayed in your pretty pink house. You did good at the sale.
Love that hat and those boots are great!
ReplyDeleteI love that pink hat!
ReplyDeleteWhat wonderful finds! All the girly stuff. I have a really hard time with choosing a style. The think is I like everything I see. I think I have mostly traditional in my home........but a little french county, contemporary and shabby chic........see what I mean. LOL
ReplyDeleteWow! What great finds. I love it all. That pink hat is adorable. I live in the west so this is all very common to me. Thanks for sharing. Karie
ReplyDeleteSuch pretty items...................so feminine. :)
ReplyDeleteHi Penney! Oh my goodness, your post is fantastic. Those rose boots are to die for! The bracelet is beautiful too! You've combined two of my favorite things today - I love pink prairie chic and I'd like to live in New Mexico. We've spent our last two vacations in your neck of the woods. To a painter, the landscape is a paradise, and Santa Fe and Taos are an artist's haven. Have a great weekend! Hugs, Terri
