Welcome to Where Bloggers Create 2015! The annual party is being hosted by Karen over at My Desert Cottage...thank you for having us! This is my first year to join the party and I am so excited! |
I have several area's in the studio where I create. This area is where most of my fabric is stored....my desk is here,.....and all of my inspiration books. |
This little cabinet holds my paint and the school lockers to the left are full of Easter decor. My studio does double duty as a storage area too. |
This area is where I sew and do my craft projects.... |
My supplies are all close at hand.... |
I wish I was more organized, but |
I'm kind of a messy creator! |
The second part of my studio is thru the opening between the lockers and my door "wall" |
Our 8 year old grand daughter stays with us several days a week, and she plays in this area while I am creating.... |
She has lots of faux food and cooks for me while I am working.... |
She serves me tea and plays with her dolls |
This is where I sit and relax after a hard day of creating! Thank you so much for stopping by......be sure to visit all the other lovely bloggers that are sharing their creative spaces! |

Hi Penny, I am new to your blog, but I must tell you I have had the most fun getting to know you and seeing where you create and live. I love everything about your home and your space to create! That little grandaughter of yours is going to tell everyone about the wonderful memories she has of her grandmama, and the spaces that you created for her to pretend in. You must have been a wonderful Moma too! Thank you for sharing all this beauty with us! Just love it all!

ReplyDeleteEvery thing is lovely:)
It's obvious I'm running late to the party, but I am so glad to be here now. I couldn’t miss this opportunity to see your incredible studio. I can't believe the size of it, either. And that table in the center with all the supplies at hand is to DIE FOR. Messy or not, it looks very homy and welcoming. I think lace and ribbons laid out like that are very lovely, anyway.
ReplyDeleteHow lucky you have someone to "cook" meals and serve you tea. You are truly blessed. Thanks for sharing this incredible and beautiful space.
