I frequently use paper plates to serve our meals on. Not only are they budget friendly, but come in so many pretty patterns..... |
The plates I am using today came from Tuesday Morning. I loved the combination of ball jars with a pretty chevron pattern around the edge. |
Don't they set a pretty table? |
When I was photographing the tablescape, I realized that I had not shown you ...... |
The wooden buildings that I bought at an estate sale a few months ago. |
Tuesday Morning also had the matching dessert plates and napkins. |
Love those paper plates and your little city!

And no washing or chipping your favorite vintage plates…who would know…these plates are adorable!
ReplyDeleteAnd the buildings are quite a find, too. Sandi
there are so many things I love in this post Penny! I have never seen the paper plates with these patterns, we use paper all the time so I guess I need to start looking closer. The shower curtain table cloth is so pretty, and I LOVE the stain glass window!!
ReplyDeleteI've never seen such lovely paper plates. I suppose I'm going to have to start shopping at Tuesday Morning! Great price on the curtain/table cloth too! Enjoy the upcoming weekend! Blessings, Cindy

I like Tuesday Morning for paper plates and napkins as well - they have a wonderful selection. I am now on the lookout for your pretty canning jar style. What a great find you have in those lovely buildings, along with the story. Happy weekend! Jane
ReplyDeleteOh how I miss shopping at Tuesday Morning. Love those plates - now I will be on the hunt for them!
ReplyDeleteI haven't been to Tuesday Morning in a while. Guess I will have to go again soon! Hope I can find some pretty plates like that. With 3 little boys, I use paper plates a lot to save time on washing dishes. ;-)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful dining room!
I fell in love with your pretty and romantic table. The paper plates are so lovely and their patterns too.

Hi Penny, We went to two Estate sales today and didn't buy a thing except a few little kitchen tools. Gorgeous things and furniture of the Mission Inn here in our town. No room in our home for things like that..without getting rid of something..and there is nothing I really want to get rid of at the moment. So we came home nearly empty handed.
ReplyDeleteI too love paper plates and use them from time to time. Yours are beautiful. Those buildings were an especially wonderful find.
Your table settings are always so sweet and this one set with paper plates was especially lovely.
Penny,
ReplyDeleteLove the plates, the tablescape and those sweet buildings!! So pretty!!
I finally finished my Craft room and it is posted in 2 different links so drop by when you have some time.....
Hugs,
Deb
I love those plates and you set such a pretty table with them! I haven't seen that particular pattern at any of our Tuesday Mornings but now I'm going to have to look more carefully! What a nice thing for those children to know that someone is going to love something their mother made.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weekend,
Robin
I love Tuesday Morning! They have such great stuff. Thanks for linking up at the Weekend Blog Hop at My Flagstaff Home!
