Fall Bathroom & DIY Fall Leaf Wreath

I added just a few simple fall touches to my bathroom.
The hall bath is the one that is used the most since it is closest to the kitchen and family room.    This bath is further down the hallway and I'm pretty much the only one that uses it,   so I always refer to it as "my bathroom"

My bathroom opens up to the master bedroom

I made a simple paper fall leaf wreath to hang over the towels    Normally I wouldn't put a wreath like this so close to the sinks,   but since I'm the only one that uses the sinks in here......I can do it!

You can find instructions on how to make this wreath over at my friend Kerryanne's blog.    She also has a page of beautiful fall leaves that you can print out and use to make your own wreath.    Here's the link to her blog......https://www.shabbyartboutique.com/2019/09/diy-printable-fall-leaf-wreath.html

I customized my wreath by adding some leaves that I made using scraps of paper that I had on hand.

After I hung my wreath,   I took a few minutes to add some fall touches to the existing decor

I added a simple  little white boo pumpkin to my hanging scale

I clipped a sweet fall print to the scale.....got it from Kerryanne too!

Nothing new in this photo.....lol!

I couldn't stop with my fall decorating without adding a couple of things to the other side of the vanity

I placed a couple of wooden buffalo check pumpkins in front of the existing floral design.....

I also placed a sweet church mouse under the church picture.

Around the corner is the shower area.....I didn't add any fall touches there,   but thought I would share it anyway!

I have to stand in the shower to get this pic.....lol!

For the final fall touch,   I placed a pumpkin in the enamel basket......

I always enjoy your visits so much,   please come back again soon!

  1. Penny, I love your pretty bathroom. All the things you added made it fall like without changing the decor. Love that. Blessings, xoxo, Susie

  2. I haven't had a chance to make that wreath, but saw it on shabbyartboutique blog. She has the coolest ideas. Your bathroom is quite pretty, all soft and neutral.

  12. This is a gorgeous bathroom! And how nice to have it all to yourself! I love the wreath. I love bright fall colors outside, but I prefer them softer in my home. And those lace pumpkins are so sweet.

  13. I think you may have one of the prettiest bathrooms I've ever seen, Penny! I love the paper wreath. It really works well with your towels, but it's versatile enough to go elsewhere too. Thank you so much for sharing with the Hearth and Soul Link Party. I’m featuring this post at the party this week. Hope to ‘see’ you there! Have a great week!
