Cuckoo for Clocks

If you have ever visited my blog before, you know how much I love clocks!  When two boxes of clocks came up for bid at the auction Saturday....what would I do with more clocks,,,,where can I put them???  Well, you all know what I my little heart out!  I finally wore all the other bidders out, gave one the stink eye, and got my clocks!    $25 for all !

I think they are all beautiful in their own unique way...

Most of them probably will never work...

But there was lots of extra parts in the boxes....we'll see what H can do...he can fix anything!

They all need a good cleaning, so I unloaded them on the kitchen island....

some of them will get painted white , I'm sure!

some of them will be just cleaned....look at all the dirt on this beauty!

Very dusty!

I think that I love the inside works as much as the outside....

This is the only wind up clock...

Our piano is decorated with clocks for spring..........springs, time, clocks...get it???
WELLL,   I'd better get busy cleaning!

Til next time...

that little clock with the hummel children I bought at K-mart back in the 80's and sold it at a yard sale for $5.00 in the 2000's sometime when I did a clean house sale

  9. I love clocks, too. What a find- a box of clocks. For some reason that made me think of one of my son's early girlfriends. We called her a box of rocks. She was a tad ditzy and dense but cute as a button- lol Can't wait to see what you do with that haul! xo Diana

  10. I LOVE old clocks! I don't even care if they work :)
