I found this set of Bride and Groom nutcrackers at an antique shop. I collect nutcrackers and vintage wedding items, so naturally it was love at first sight. |
Their faces are carved wood.....unlike any I had seen before.... |
Look at the detail! |
I added some silk poinsettias to one of the existing vignettes |
bead garland..... |
Little glittery signs..... |
German sheep/...... |
Vintage ornaments...... |
I also placed some gold and silver paper doilies under some of the vignettes........ |
I tried to add a little bit of Christmas to each existing vignette... |
Shabby reindeer couple..... |
Shadow box..... |
This is my favorite Christmas ornament....I've had this Santa a long time |
So pretty Penny! What a fabulous display! x

Penny,
ReplyDeleteGreat idea about adding just a few ornaments and beads.......
The crystal bowl in the first photo with the Bride and Groom is the same one that I have in DR!! The Bride and Groom are so unique!!
I have the Dr finished and the LR is done except for the Tree and village... Then I move onto the Den.
The Craft Fair is this weekend and i am so glad that I pulled out as a Vendor...... Less stress for sure!!
Hugs,
Deb
