ReplyDeleteThanks for joining Cooking and Crafting with J & J!
Beautiful! I agree that it would also make a fun winter tea.
ReplyDeleteI meant winter tree. Heh.
DeleteI love this theme! And your gloves on the mantle are too cute! I have a pastel tree as well, but themed mine with white teddy bears!
ReplyDeleteYou have a lovely blog, my dear. The former teacher in me needs to point out a couple of things to you though. The piece above the fireplace is spelled "mantel." Secondly, "high tea" was served to the grimy miners who came out of the mines at night and were hungry for a substantial meal and they ate standing at high tables. Afternoon tea would be the correct term for your gorgeous tree. Also be careful of your use of apostrophes. They should only be used to show possession, not plurals. I hope I have not offended you, but if I have just remove this comment. Blessings

ReplyDeletePenny,
ReplyDeleteLOVE your Tree!! And apparently the person who commented above me never heard of the Royals havinh High Tea or High Tea being served in all the well established Tea Rooms through out the world. Not did she ever hear the saying "If you can't say something nice, then do not say it at all".
And I LOVE your " MANTLE"!!! LOL!!
Hugs,
Deb
