Fall Roses

Now that it's cooled down a bit,  the rose bushes are blooming again.

The Knock Out rose  bushes are just full of blooms.....

I had picked up a neat wire basket at one of my favorite shops....the Milk House Market located in Friona, Texas.

It is perfect for floral designing !

The kitchen smells wonderful.....what with the roses,  and the smell of the banana bread that H is making this afternoon.

On the right side of the sink,  you can see the pile of roses that didn't make the cut for my fall rose bouquet.    I will dry the petals from them and add them to my ever growing mass of dried flowers ....lol!

Please visit my side bar to see "Where I Party"  and stop by and visit a few of these great blogs!

  1. Your kitchen is so light and bright. So welcoming! Mine is small and very dark with no windows. I always smile when I see your kitchen!

  12. What a clever way to display the roses. At firsst I thought it was a holder for tall glasses and then I noticed the wire on top. Very clever. And of course your roses are gorgeous.
