We had another pretty spring day here in Eastern NM on Saturday, and H and I took advantage of it by doing some treasure hunting! |
I can't seem to pass up anything to do with little lambs....love them. Everything at this estate sale was half price Saturday afternoon, so it was a steal at $1. |
This plate came from the same sale......$2, |
$5 tea pot.... |
I plan to paint this cookbook holder either pink or cream, it also came from Canyon Texas....$4 |
The section of small springs were $1. I also bought a Jennylyn style baby bed head and foot board that H hasn't unloaded from the car yet. You'll see it in a upcoming garden post! |
The big Farmhouse pumpkin came from Friona too.....$2 |
The back door guests sign is from a yard sale many years ago, but it was all I could find to put on my book holder....lol! Have a blessed Sunday and a wonderful week ahead! |
Amarillo and Canyon - you were almost in my neck of the woods! You found some great treasures. I love the big wood pumpkin. Thanks for sharing at Over the Moon. We look forward to seeing you again next week.
ReplyDeleteSuch wonderful, cheap treasures. Love that rose plate.. . . Gorgeous and that lamb plate; just adorable.
ReplyDeleteYou really got some great bargains.
I love going to estate sales as well as auctions
Crazy steals, there Penny. We really don't have that many sales around here anymore, and prices are never cheap at those. Great haul, congrats, Sandi
ReplyDeleteBeautiful haul this Saturday. Everything is so pretty. I really need to give estate sales another try. They just always seem like a lot of large pieces of furniture I can't move. Will try late afternoon on the last day. Thanks for the idea.
ReplyDeleteMan those are some real finds!! Is that a Sadler teapot? Sure looks like it -- and for that price, that's a real steal.
ReplyDeleteLauren, although the pot was in excellent condition, the bottom was so worn that it couldn't be read. It reminded me of a Hall, but it could also be a Sadler....hugs..
DeletePenny,
ReplyDeleteGreat buys as always, Penny!! The plates are so charming and so is the tea pot!!
You always have such luck with finding bargains!!
Hugs,
Debbie

ReplyDeleteI do love good thrifting and estate sale finds. I'd paint that cookbook holder black, it looks like wrought iron.

ReplyDeleteOutstanding finds, Penny--I'm hard pressed to select favorites, but I'll try! The teapot, the champagne bucket, the barn board pumpkin, oh and the moss. I have to admit, I'm a little jealous :) Love partying with you and your posts at Vintage Charm--
