Bed & Breakfast theme on the Water Trough Buffet

I have been having so much fun decorating the sunroom!    I promise....this is the last post about the sunroom for a while...lol!    Well,  that is at least until I decorate it for Spring / Easter.....

I kind of went for a Bed & Breakfast theme on the water trough buffet in the sunroom.     You may often wonder what is my inspiration for the theme's that I choose.    This theme came about because I wanted to replace the picture that I had hanging over the formal dining room buffet..... also,   I wanted to try my hand at making a Bed & Breakfast sign    So,  both of those things "landed" in the sunroom.

I created a simple vignette on the buffet using the picture,  the sign,  a tea set,  a couple of prints and a small garland of flowers.

On the table next to the buffet,   I filled my chicken wire cloche with a pot of silk flowers and placed a couple of chickens in front of it.

In front of the wall to the side of the picture,   I have a tall rose plant that I've had for years and years.

I'm really pleased with the way the vignette turned out.....

I thought you guys might enjoy a look back at how the " farm animal's gathered round the dining table" picture looked on the formal dining room buffet last fall.

I found a Bed & Breakfast sign on Pinterest and printed it off on my home printer.   I added some flowers to the top of the print and framed it.    Quick and easy peasy!

I wanted my vignette to have just a touch of Valentine's Day,   so I added a heart and a bundle of love letters to the front of the picture.

Now for a stroll around the sunroom.....

If you missed the post with all the details on the side of the room,  here's a link to it.....http://penny-pennystreasures.blogspot.com/2022/02/new-wall-decor-in-sunroom-diy-faux.html

And here's a link for the changes that I made to this corner of the sunroom.......http://penny-pennystreasures.blogspot.com/2022/02/more-changes-in-sunroom.html

I enjoy relaxing in the sunroom in the evening too!

But for today,   I will enjoy a cup of coffee....a good book....and plenty of New Mexico sunshine!
