Thanksgiving Buffet

I am decorating the dining room for Thanksgiving this week.   Here is the new "fall..mas" wreath that I made to put over the buffet. I love sparkly things for the holidays, so I thought...why not an ornament wreath for Thanksgiving!

I have some Pilgrims on the buffet...

and some Indian's...

For our family, food is a big part of Thanksgiving...we will have the traditional dinner, turkey and all the trimmings.  I have  my ceramic pies out now, but on Thanksgiving day they will be replaced with real pies!!

Corn and Welcome Friends pumpkin for the feast.

We love pecan and cherry pie....and pumpkin and apple..well, we just love pie!

Do you see that hint of a Thanksgiving tree in the left corner?  Yep, I have a Thanksgiving tree, I'll do a post on it later!

Have a blessed Thanksgiving!

  11. Penny,
LOVE the wreath and your Thanksgiving Decor!! So Pretty!!
I don't decorate for Thanksgiving as the house is usually almost done being decorated for Christmas by then. Every year I say i want to be finished decorating for Christmas by Thanksgiving and I haven't made it yet. I am so behind this year that i haven't even stated to do Christmas. Last year, i had the whole upstairs done by now...

    Hugs,
    Debbie
