We made a trip to the nursery and the greenhouse is looking so pretty. The flowers smell heavenly!
I am storing some of the bedding plants in the greenhouse until we get a chance to plant them in the back yard flower beds.
I have my flowers stored in vintage carpenter tool boxes that we can easily transport them outside when it's time to plant |
For a little different texture and color , I am going to add some vegetable plants to our flower gardens this year. |
I have a small table set for tea in the greenhouse today. I used a burlap sack for the tablecloth. The sack has a cute "coffee" stamp on it.
I made a change to the potting table that you see in the left photo. I added a burlap "curtain" to the front so I could hide the mess on the shelves that seems to be an ongoing problem....lol! |
Here is how the shelves are supposed to look but sadly never do...lol! |
I also have some bedding plants stored in our repuposed chest of drawers until we have a chance to get them planted. |
This old wash tub has a tomato plant and some curly parsley planted in it that will remain there until it freezes in the late fall.
I also tucked in a a couple of 6 packs of verbena until we get them planted. |
I have a rose garden in my flower "bed' |
