Organizing My Closets Part 2

I had my collection of vintage wedding gowns in the second closet in the master bedroom.    I failed to take a before photo,  but trust me,  that closet was packed!    It took 5 totes to get all those gowns packed up.    I have used them in the past  to make Christmas trees....it takes about 9 gowns to make a 6 foot tree.     Click here to see that post.....my-romantic-christmas-tree.html

I have a wicker dressing table between the two closets.

If you want to see the post on the first (right) closet,     click on this link      http://penny-pennystreasures.blogspot.com/2015/10/organizing-master-bedroom-closet.html

Now for a tour of whats in the second closet.

I have pj's

slips

Now for photo's of what I really sleep in....lol!

The vintage gowns are fun to play with,  but sleeping is serious business!

My hoody sleep top.....

I have my jewelry cabinet in this closet....

I used vintage leather luggage and hat boxes for storage.

In the other closet,  I used vintage laundry hampers.

I can't find my hat pins,  but when I do,   I will put them here.

Here's the luggage I used for storage.

I also used some round cardboard boxes that I bought at HL

I "papered"  the back wall with a cute shower curtain from a yard sale.

I've made a few other changes to our bedroom and will be back with a tour in a few days!

  15. Penny,
Just love the fact that you have enough closet space that you could decorate your closets!! So beautifully done. At one time, I entertained the thought that i would turn Jim's room which is now the Guest room into a huge walk in closet. But i had collected too much other stuff to do that!! When Joe retires and i can get rid of ALL those postal clothes ( you have no idea how much clothes is needed for that job) then i can maybe redo some closets....... even move my clothes back into our bedroom because he moved me out into the Craft Room closet!!!

    Hugs,
    Deb
